We practice...

We practice the Pilates principles of Focus, Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath, and Flow. You will learn how to properly use your breath to enhance your movement. Your posture, flexibility, coordination and balance will be improved as your body responds to the practice of Pilates.  We offer group classes and private sessions for devoted practitioners, as well as new enthusiasts.
